  • How long will it take my order to arrive?

    Manufacturing and shipping take approximately 2-4 weeks from the day the order is officially placed. Bigger orders (20+ blinds) can be expected to take upwards of 4 weeks.

    The BCB team tries to place all orders within 24 hours of the customer's payment.

  • Can I pick and choose the rooms I want done first?

    Absolutely! We can measure and order as many or as few windows as you want, which gives you the freedom to prioritize the spaces in your home. We’re more than happy to work with you to find a plan that works best for you.

  • Who conducts the estimate and installation?

    Every step of the process from blind selection and window measurement to final installation is carried out by both the Best Choice Blinds owners Katie and Nick. No third parties are involved at any time!

  • Do you offer a warranty of some kind?

    Yes! All of our products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty, which protects the customer against factory defects and/or workmanship errors.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    As of current, we accept cash, checks, and credit cards. You have the option to either pay the entire amount in full or for more flexibility, opt to pay half upon signing and half at the installation.

  • Do you offer competitive pricing?

    If you receive another quote from a company that is selling a product of similar or equal quality, we do our best to beat that quote.

    We try to save you some time by offering you a great price right off the bat though.

  • What smart-home options do you have?

    Best Choice Blinds offers both remote control and smart home options on the majority of our products including fan favorites like honeycombs, roller shades, zebra shades, and more!

  • Do you have any great insullators?

    Yes, we do! Our soft-style cellular shades and select honeycomb shades are such impressive insulators that you receive a one-time tax credit of 30% of your purchase price up to $1,200.

  • How long does an in-home estimate take?

    Estimate length is entirely dependent on the customer. We are an efficient team and can take as little as 30 minutes in a home if a customer knows exactly what they want. If a customer is looking to explore different window covering options though, and requests we measure the entire house, we can be there for up to three hours. We recommend carving an hour or two out of your schedule before meeting with the Best Choice Blinds team.

  • Do you offer any referral discounts?

    If you recommend our business to a friend or family member of yours, and they purchase an order from us, you receive a $150 gift card to a restaurant or store of your choosing. We always appreciate referrals and make sure to thank you for it!
